Happy New Year to you all :)

I've never been one for New Year. I am much more a Christmas person and put my all into that which tends not to leave much left over energy or oomph for New Year. So, I haven't ventured out today, it's not that nice out there to be honest - damp and dreary, so I've stayed put and just pottered about the house, tidying where needed with camera in hand. I'm definitely enjoying the challenge of posting a pic a day and hope I can continue when reality settles back in with us in a couple of days.

So, here's today's photo - the computer area in the dining room, where the second computer used to live. It's in for an MOT & overhaul and should be back soon but it looks a little empty there without it.
