The Last Supper

That's it! No more cooking for me until next year!!
Tonight we had stuffed shoulder of pork with roast potatoes, roast parsnips, braised celery, wilted spinach and mushroom gravy. the way I'm feeling this evening I would be just as happy with a bowl of soup - but one has to make the effort! No plans for any parties tonight - snuggling up under the duvet in front of the TV.
