Plan A

Officially diagnosed (though known for a while now) with 'moderate' depression, I had my first (and penultimate, as it turned out) therapy session which left me feeling a whole lot worse afterwards; a bit too expensive for my liking, and not a lot going on that I didn't know already.

Plan B then, whatever it is.
