I adore Nigel Slater, and after watching Toast last night, I love him even more.

Just had some toast with thick Lurpak, and now about to start to get the house ready for a party tonight.

We always do a NYE bash, (we always do a lot of bloody parties come to think of it!). Last year it was 80's fancy dress, tonight it's Quiz Night... what fun. Everyone is pleased it is not fancy dress, but they are all a bit nervous about the type of quiz. Will keep them guessing a bit longer
