Carousel, London Zoo

It's nice to meet up with friends over Christmas. Today I met Tania, Danuta, Eric and 2-year-old Kasia at London Zoo. I don't think I've ever been before. We had fish and chips, walked miles, and saw gorillas, penguins, tigers and suchlike.

My favourite animals were the wooden ones impaled on a carousel - which lit up a darkening drizzly Regent's Park by the end of the afternoon.
