Home made Scots Bridies for New Year.

Ingredients

Finest pork sausage meat, chopped potatoes onion and carrot.par-boiled.
Teaspoon English Mustard powder, sea salt, black pepper.
2 Teaspoon fresh sage.
4 tablespoon fresh Parsley

I free range egg to seal and glaze

Serve with seasonal salad and Scottish chutney.

Especialy good with an Arran Beer on New Years Eve !!
