ewan was going to shave off his entire beard tonight (in stages - ending in the hitler moustache, naturally) but decided to keep the zapata 'tasche for a while. this is the pre-zapata stage...he's going to be cold without his winter coat but he and nicky are off back down to london village tomorrow where it's warmer so he should be fine...

we're all a bit sleepy today after a late night last night...a couple of days to recover, then more nonsense on hogmanay. we're becoming nocturnal again...I love being on holiday.
