The 11th blip of Christmas - the festive bouquet

Madame has been purchasing a lovely Christmas bouquet for some years now, she loves flowers and she loves making up beautiful bouquets, I understand she has been doing this since she was about 3 years old. Maybe she should open up a florist.

Unbelievably, I was in at work today, speaking or trying to speak with confused Americans, well I got a number anyway. I left the house in pyjamas and was very happy to see them on my return especially since they retrieved some stick and twigs for fire starting purposes.

After work, a crazy dash across town to try to find gifts for nephews, potential objects found 6, quantity totally suitable 0, quantity purchased 0. We shall try again the moro. Well if I am not too put off by the hordes of shoppers. Retail therapy, I think you need therapy if you decide to do this too often.

Out for the first gig of the year, yes leaving it a tad late. In fact I don't think I've ever seen so few concerts in a year since the last time I saw this group, so that would be 1978 then. Went along to see The Scars with Ecodad, a great evening's entertainment, oh and the bands were ok as well. Quite nice to fill in the gaps between my virtual stalking of the guy.

Unfortunately for us the sound was not fantastic, but it interesting and a more polished performance especially with the sound desk would have made it far better. And boy, I should have taken that camera, no checks depsite a promise of being scanned as we went in.
