Woke up in a bad mood.still jot feeling great. Body can't work out what it wants to do. Be ill or be healthy.

Went into woking for a bit,then went to supermarket to get some nibbles as some of james friends came round for a winter bbq. Was actually quite tasty. Had a bottle of prossecco which has helped I suppose. Also made some shortbread too
