Edinburgh Castle

Boxing Day, and another day of forecast mayhem!!

I went for a drive over to Edinburgh with the intention of taking Oliver onto the icerink in Princes Street Gardens. As we left the car and started walking, Oliver decided he was too cold. So, I left Em and Oliver in Hawkins Bazaar and went off for a wee wander. There were a few contenders for today, but I decided on this one. I'm in the process of backblipping, so I'll stick some on flikr once I have caught up on myself properly. The more observant will notice that this is my 100th blip. However, I saved the official blip until the 27th as this concided with my birthday.

Back to Boxing Day, and my tour of Edinburgh. The afternoon was spent with all my family at the Toby Carvery at Lariston Castle. I left my camera safely in the car, leaving the photography to my dad, who clearly had fun with his camera remote control. A lovely meal, and definetely full of mayhem!
