You wanted mushy peas!!

Actually it is gooseberry chutney in the making!

Busy day - had to go out a buy a washing machine and then was kindly invited to lunch with good friends/ex colleagues and had a lovely time. Thanks for the invite Wendy But I forgot to take my camera!

When I got home Chris was making gooseberry chutney with frozen gooseberries found in his mother's freezer. So this became my blip and when I looked at the image I thought it looked like mushy peas and some of the lunching ladies were complaining that they would have liked some mushy peas with their Cornish pasties - so this is for you!
