This is a rubbish picture, but then - so were all the others I took this morning. I'm posting this picture simply out of curiosity. This bird doesn't seem at all fussed by humans and they scurry around in groups of a dozen or so along the harbour side just looking out to sea.

I know I should know - but what is it? (Thanks, in advance)
