Mr Northern Shoveler is looking after his spouse as she dabbles away.

There were a variety of ducks on the pond this morning. Mallards, Greater Scaups, Northern Shovelers, and a juvenile or Little Blue Heron. I was there a little early before sunup and the light was not bright enough, hence noisy photos.
