anyone for stuffing?

Ran around crazy today buying food and transporting it, distributing presents to family and then making soup and stuffing for Christmas day.

Stuffing: My wife's recipe (not written down anywhere)

Pack of sausage meat 450g.
Chestnut puree. half tin (or use fresh cooked nuts)
Add chopped fresh sage.(from garden)
Grated orange peel
Half the juice of an orange
Half a beaten egg
Fry chopped onion and add to mix.
Line a tin with Greece proof paper.
Decorate top of stuffing with orange segments.
Oven temp~180C
Time ~ 40-50mins till brown. Check with skewer.
