Be prepared

1st ride for about 10 days yesterday, had to stick to main roads. It was cold and uninspiring but at least it was a ride.

Today the thaw is speeding up so i could venture onto some minor roads. It was cold, very wet and uninspiring but at least it was a ride.

It was enjoyable retrospecively, after a hot shower and a crumpet with strong blue cheese on washed down with a mug of sweet tea.
