Pied Wagtail

... with its white winter throat (which you can only just see in this back view). Took several pics, but I liked this one best because of the clear markings and the reflection.

Little trotty wagtail, you nimble all about,
And in the dimpling water-pudge you waddle in and out - John Clare.
