Past and Present

Remnants of the Putnam Line haunts parts of the Bronx. "The Past" -- abandoned box car looks like and probably has been sitting here for decades alongside the Deegan Expressway off Exterior St. "The Present" and a major reason for the demise of the line seem to be riding on the roof of the boxcar -- Automobiles -- speeding North and South on I-87.
