Chocolate Bread

My brother has been going on about chocolate bread ever since we got here... so I just had to make some. I found a recipe, got the ingredients last Thursday, and finally got round to constructing it today. I've never made bread by hand before. Kneading is really good fun - I think I might have to do it more often. It's one of those meditative activities that is undoubtedly Good For The Soul.

And eating the bread is undoubtedly Good For The Soul too. Very scrummy.
