The 8th blip of Christmas - Tidying up the mess

Christmas music is always a subject of much debate, in general I don't know many who like the current musak they pass in supermarkets and that they have been playing for 20+ years. I did however buy an album a few years back which we have not tired of at all, to me it sums up Christmas, Vince Guaraldi had it sussed, truly.

A relatively relaxed day at Club107, a film which scared child #2 made us open cinema 2 so that she could watch Monster's Ink. Meanwhile I tidied up the debris of two days entertainment and celebration, if there were magic tidy up fairies it would be nice, but they are probably tidying up Santa's grotto currently.

Girls currently going a tad crazy with a dancing game which we were lucky enough to enjoy at my sister's yesterday evening. Yesterday was a lovely day and made me remember excellent Christmas' of years gone by. The children were moderately spoilt, everything in moderation in our house, in addition to aforementioned movie, notebooks were duly delivered, the paper version not the laptop equivalent. Amazing how they get so excited by such relatively small things, I love the innocence and unbridled enthusiasm.

The bitter cold has been replaced by simple cold so that is a relief. Tonight we might watch some sort of movie.
