Boxing Day

THe second best present from "Santa", were the fishibg rods. Today we had a quick dash to attend the crazy Boxing Day sales as my oldest has birthday money to spend and these sales are a good bargain. Out we came with a skate board and he bought a dvd (Shrek) as well.

It was a toastie day so back home we relaxed, pottered and went out fishing at the end of the day. I took the camera in the hope a tiny fish would be the blip to post but,....some sting rays and fish hooks in back of son didn't make the cut : )

Alright with the hooks, no major damage more frizzled by the idea then anything else. Ended up next to the jetty on a little beach and took this shot of my son running down the jetty to bring me the car keys : )
Very nice day again, I could easily do with a few more of these kind of days. We ended up eating sandwiches with fish from a can, oh well.....
