New Zealand Christmas pudding - pavlova!
Pudding named after the ballet dancer pavlova, made with egg whites, vinegar, vanilla, and sugar.
(some people put cornflour in which is just not the way to make it according to my late mother-in-law!)
Complete with whipped chantilly cream, strawberries and raspberries, we always have one on Christmas Day
