Delicious Fail...

I forgot to properly grease the pan for my very VERY gooey Triple Chocolate Muffins today...

In addition, I added much more peppermint patties than usual, and the peppermint oil in them seemed to soak through the bottom, making the bottom half fudge-like, half gooey chocolate liquid, and unable to hold it's shape..


This is the result. They have great tops, but the bottoms fell apart in an effort to remove them from the muffin tin.

Yeah. Epic fail.

But, oh my Goddess, they are SO delicious!!!
