penne
mushrooms (button, quartered)
asparagus (cut into 1&1/2 pieces)
mozzarella (shredded)
cream cheese (cubed tiny, easier to breakdown)
onions (fine dice)
garlic (fine dice)
1/4 c milk
1/2 c beef brother
fry onions & garlics
add mushrooms & a bit of the brother
add asparagus & the rest of the broth
let steam/boil
add little bits of cubed cream cheese
little bit of shredded mozzarella
add milk
continue with both kinds of cheese, add in al dente penne noodles, add the rest of your shredded cheese and toss to coat evenly
