Lentil Loaf Made by The Gander

My son M or known on blip as The Gander made this lovely vegetarian lentil loaf so the Goose could have a non meat alternative for Christmas eve at friends where they serve ham and then at home here where we are having a pork roast. She found the recipe and e-mailed it to him. Goose said she likes to find the recipes and ask him to make them---since he loves to cook he gladly does. Here he has his mad scientist in the kitchen look as he is about to put this loaf into the oven! Bon Appetite!
