Christmas Tree

A busy day today: Fetching the birds first thing then preparing stuffing, veg and stock...and then the dishwasher broke. So, despite the nice light I wasn't able to find anything to shoot till the Sun had already gone down.

I'd been meaning to try something with the Christmas tree and did various abstracts this evening which worked okay. Then I took this accidental exposure while I was framing another shot. The result is quite pleasing and unusual and I will probably never be able to reproduce it, so I thought it should be today's Blip.
