My precious Kiwi

I know it is corny to pick my cat as the subject of my first post ever on Blipfoto but there it is. I took a few other images, Christmas ornaments and such, but this was the best. Besides, I think it is appropriate to start with an image that means something to me and that is dear to my heart and Kiwi definitely fits in that category. Kiwi is 17 and recently diagnosed with early signs of kidney disease and it breaks my heart. He has been with me since he was a kitten and he is the sweetest creature I know.
