What is it?

In need of a blip today after being unbelievably busy at work today i came up with this idea. It is a item that everyhousehold has although it comes in many a different size, colour and style.

This is in my opinion a poor follow on blip after yesterdays effort. Thank you to everyone who took the time to look and comment on it.
