Frosty start

This morning was very frosty and as I didn't have to go into wrk, I took Heidi for a run across the frozen fields. She loved it but I was quite chilly, possibly because I kept stopping to blip things!

The weather has gone from bad to worse as the day has progressed, so I am glad I went out earlier! It is now overcast, damp and miserable.

This thistle reminded me of one I saw yesterday, (The Dug's Paw) only this one has no seed heads!

I'm heading a works Christmas 'party' tomorrow to meet all the volunteers I haven't yet met and to wish everyone a lovely Christmas time...hope it goes okay!
