...from the same pod. sixty years ago today my mum got a wee brother...and here they are today, celebrating his birthday. we got uncle tom tickets to go and see eric clapton next year in glasgow - but don't judge him on his shoddy music taste...he's a great golfer, not bad at badminton and can play house of the rising sun on the guitar. he's also a pretty great uncle...for example, we used to gasp in awe when he drove his car with his pinkie or his knees, and I used to scream with excitement when he used to open the car door to let the tunnel monster in the car in the clyde tunnel (you could only get away with this in the seventies) - I mean, good uncling or what?!
