Lussekatter - Spiced Swedish buns

I popped into Peter's Yard, Bakery in Edinburgh at lunchtime to meet Jan Hahn who was visiting from Sweden. He created the recipes they use in the bakery.

The S shaped buns are Lussekatter - saffron flavour - and I do have a recipe for you!
