Surprisingly only one slightly brusied elbow

and a minor scrape on the left hand is all to show from a trip to the supermarket for the Xmas food stuff. To say I got off lightly would really understate the accomplishment here, but tough I like to rub it in ;)

This is the trolley that caused the bruise and the scrape.. and yes it was mine!

Next year I'm wearing full plate armour!
