Christmas Wrapping

The other day, round at TFP's house, I was amazed at the absolute mess he was making of wrapping a simple present. Being rather good at it, I duly took over and put him out of his misery.

Is being able to wrap presents nicely something blokes in general just can't do? Or are there any girls out there who are rubbish at it too?
