Yes, it does look like bad use of some dreadful preset filter in Photoshop (other image manipulation tools are available.) You know, the one that says "Make your dog look like a Monet" etc.

Instead, today's offering is the reflection in a shop window that had its windows covered in what looked like tin foil; presumably to stop it burning in the oven. Pull it off about half an hour before the full cooking time is up and it'll go nice and brown on the outside.

Leave to rest for half an hour and serve with some freshly made hollandaise and perhaps a cold glass of Rueda.
