Condensation bokeh

This is my second attempt at a shot that features bokeh - this was my first attempt, although at the time I had no idea that there was even a proper name for it - I just saw it in a video and liked it and tried to copy it.

I'd like to be able to do more with this style - starting to think that I ought to be using a camera with a manual focus, rather than trying to trick the automatic into doing what I want.
