Miniature Nativity

A friend from church gave us this ornament. I like it's simplicity.

Very cold out tonight. I put on Red's (of Redridergirl fame) blanket tonight. He didn't really care for it, but likes it better now that the chest has been re-done so that it velcros open and closed. That way, we don't have to put it on over his head. (you try wrestling a blanket over 1,000+ pounds of horse. He can get really tall when he wants.) I also gave him some more pine shavings in his stall after I noticed that one side of him was covered in them. I guess he's figured out that it might be a bit warmer in there than out on the snow.
I thought about blipping his whiskers, as they are covered with ice and frost, but...I didn't really want to walk back down with the camera. Maybe in the morning.
