Well impressed.

A few weeks ago my Samsung Netbook NC10 developed a 'white screen'. I took it down to my local Computer repair shop who thought that the circuit board behind the screen had gone. Of course it was out of Warranty by a few months.
However, I rang the retailer who supplied it and they told me to get in touch with Samsung directly, which I did. It was collected by Carrier last Thursday and lo and behold (!) delivered back to me this morning with a replaced LCD cable -as good as new.

How's that for wonderful service? Thanks, Samsung.
