Christmas pudding....

Well not literally, but I'm jn charge of the desserts for Christmas lunch, so I'm doing banoffee and chocolate deben pudding.
This photo is the beginning of the banoffee, boil one firmly shut tin of condensed milk for 3 hours......(don't let it boil dry!) :-)
