It's too hot!

Today I arrived to a very cold office. Evidently the heating had frozen over the weekend. As a result an army of small electric heaters were drafted to warm, at most, people's toes.

Then the cavalry arrive in the form of these super heaters - named "Red Rad"!

At first they were aimed at the wall which seemed odd and a waste of energy. It was only towards the end of the day when one was turned round I realised why the original orientation had been picked!

After 30 mins sitting 3m away from it I think I was starting to melt and was just glad I would soon be going outside where it was cooler (i.e -4 degrees)

Hopefully the heating is fixed tomorrow so I don't have to sit next to something as hot as the surface of the sun (OK I'm exaggerating but it was very hot!)
