Nigella
I love a gammon at Christmas, I have been looking forward to making it since Friday when I bought the joint. I went for Nigella's ginger glaze ham. It smells amazing.
However I went out for lunch at Skylon today with work, you know its a good lunch when you arrive at the resurant at lunch time and by the time you leave it is dark!! I had the stuffed squid, followed by the lobster and then the bread and butter pudding, washed down with some very nice wine.
As a result I am still to full to eat any of the gammon. The good news is that means there will be some left for the train up to Scotland on Friday!!
