End of a long day
So, snowed in and with no chance of doing anything remotely grown up and/or sensible, Kieran, Pip, their mum and dad and I trudged across fields and hills to find some friends to have coffee with.
The children went out sledging with the teenaged offspring of the family we visited, came back wet and cold and tired. Then we had to trudge through the snow-filled fields and hills back again.
This is Philippa, who managed the snowdrifts and cold feet without complaining once. She's a wonderful, intelligent lass with a fabulous sense of humour and I am quite irrationally proud of her.
This is a 'proper camera' version of the yesterday's iPhone pic. Which wasn't very good.
