Truffles

Some of the truffles that I made yesterday, they spent the night outside as it was colder there than anywhere else {apart from the freezer}!!

It was fun making these as I have fairly warm hands and only towards the end decided to use 2 teaspoons to make them. Some are covered in cocoa as per norm, some are covered in blitzed ginger biscuits. The main flavour is obviously chocolate, with a little cointreau and made with sugar from when I coated my orange peel.

So far I have been very good and only eaten one, and that was yesterday.
