X is for Xmas Lights

Bit of back blipping as I'm afraid as the weather has taken over the weekend!

I love it, had a great weekend out playing in it and love the way we all become a community again. Loads of people all out walking to the shops for supplies and helping each other out.

I can't stand the media and the moaners. I know they are some people that have genuine problems and need to travel and of course I'm sympathetic to that, but all this hysteria of people moaning they won't be able to get their M&S parsnips and Auntie Margret, that you haven't bothered with for 12 months won't get over here if it's like this on Christmas day!

Families moaning their bored as they cant get out anywhere! Well get a board game and play WITH your kids! Make something, watch a movie together!! Anything TOGETHER!!

Get a grip people it's a bit of snow, pull together with your neighbors enjoy this rare extremity and everything will be fine!!! /Rant over!

This blip is of a local house covered in Xmas bling! They do this every year and there is a charity box outside for the small crowds that always visit. (although the cynic in me reckons it covers his electric bill!)
