Snow (Slight Return)

About 10 minutes before I took this there was a lovely pink glow on the horizon and some light wispy clouds in the sky. By the time I dashed back to the house for the camera and tripod it wa all gone.

Finished Mass Effect 2 at 2pm thi safternoon so m life has been returned to me and I can get on with other things uninteruppted (till the next good game comes out anyway) like all the housework I've been letting slip for the past to weeks.

Xmas plans were made over a dinner of noodles in miso soup with stir fried vegetables and chicken katsu (turns out breadcrumbs are toasted after blending, not before blending and this makes for some very nice breadcrumbs). Many nice things will be ordered tomorrow hopefully as we have decided on tournedos rossini for our lunch this year, yummy!

i baked ginger snaps this afternoon as well. They were very tasty though they could have done with a touch more spice. My first batch was baked a bit chewy and the second a bit more snappy. An experiment to find the perfect ginger snap is underway...
