Old Stone Union Church...

... or at least some of whats left of it.

Went for a wander to Long Valley saturday afternoon.

Apparenlty Long Valley was originally called German Valley, but they decided to change the name after World War... err One
... I think. At this time it had become distinctly unfashioable to have German in your name.

While I was there I took a few shots of some of the older buildings including the ruins of the old stone church, the newer wooden church and the derelict blacksmiths. You can see some of the other shots on flickr
