An import from Peru

Yes, I am now taking photos inside the grocery store. So happy I've joined blipfoto!! Captured one of my fave veggies, shipped here from Peru. I love that I know what the journey was like for it (LONG) and of course hate the pollution that all this transportation that the requires.

Another bitterly cold day here, and I wish we were in that time of year when local farmers' markets stocked fantastic, locally grown asparagus and other spring delights.
