Mirinho

The artist Mirinho in front of his work in the 'Hippie Market' of Rio, as it is known.

A pleasurable day, still with practical aims like doing our Christmas shopping for each other! This was all done within a double visit to the extensive Sunday craft market in Ipanema, separated by a poolside lunch in the Copacabana Palace Hotel. It has a certain feel good factor that is hard to beat and we enjoyed the respite from the 36C heat.
