it's coming, it's coming

but slowly

to say we've learned a thing or two is putting it mildly

it's on the naive end of xmas cards. to put it kindly.

then the trip from hell to town - nothing to do with the crowds (none). more to do with one boy with a much longer shopping list than i had anticipated and two other kids trailing behind. i nearly cracked up in hmv as the list got longer and each child attempted to get money off me so that it could buy presents for the others. and then one of the tube lines was bust so we had to go the long way home.

luckily everyone has been on gold star behaviour since then so my sanity has been saved for one more day.
