Build-a-Bear

This morning we took the kids to Build-a-Bear at Silverburn. Megan went on Friday night after school as her friend, Erin took her on her birthday treat. A very generous treat from Erin's Mum. We had promised the other kids that we would take them


Megan was able to choose an outfit for her Frog (Greeny), a green dress, and iPod and roller skates. When we got home we realised that we needed shoes to hold the skates on!!
Little John chose an Abonimable Snowman with a Batman costume and called him Batman.
Katie chose a multi-coloured bear, called her Hannah Montana and we bought a dress, a pair of shoes and mobile phone.
Of course little Jessica had to get one, she has Glitter a lilac/purple bear who got a dress and some pants! She is not impressed though she keeps screaming at her bear if you put it anywhere near her!!

Daddy was nearly having a heart attack in the shop and then really needed a seat when he heard the bill!!!

The kids loved it.

We then took Little Katie to have her ears pierced. I felt sick I remember Megan screaming and screaming "get these out" when I took her to get hers done. Katie's initial reaction was to cry but we said that we would go to Frankie & Benny's for lunch and after that she was ok.

Great day had by the Mackessy's until Daddy had to leave before the snow got too heavy. He has made it to Manchester so now we just have to wait a couple of days for him to return for the Chrsitmas break.
