Dusk in the archipelago

It's my mother-in-law's birthday today, so the seven of us (the inlaws, me&A, A's sister and her boyfriend and A's brother) had a great lunch together at a restaurant in the archipelago outside Gothenburg to celebrate. It's been snowing all day, so there wasn't much light to be had, but I got this at least so I'm not complaining :) (It was freezing outside though, and quite windy to boot.)

I've just had a really great weekend, starting with the Robyn concert Friday night (backblipped that yesterday morning), that had me waking up to less coughing, but with a proper Janis Joplin voice :) Oh well, I had fun enough to warrant that! Yesterday I spent time with a friend I haven't seen for quite a while during the day, then went to a steakhouse for dinner with A and D, followed by whisky, computer games and sleeping on the sofa at our apartment (A & D were in charge of the whisky and games, as I had a bit of a snooze with one of the cats), then A's sister and boyfriend showed up for a couple of hours, as did another friend we haven't seen for quite some time. I woke up when they arrived, I promise!

Lots of snow again now, kindly concealing the 5 cm layer of compact, slippery ice that is covering our sidewalks and some of our roads. It's very exciting to venture out of the apartment these days... :)
