Holiday = negative

I was due to leave for Sydney at 10.55am this morning, this obviously didn't happened. I was confronted by Heathrow airport which now resembles something like a shanty town. No staff, no information.

This is my first blip and I thought I would use it to share my pain. Wish me luck.
